peyote stitch
The peyote stitch was very difficult to master, but once you got it down, it went quite smoothly. I actually quite enjoy doing it and may continue to make braclets and et cetera in the future.
earrings
my first pair of earrings were not very complicated. I just put a bead on a pin and then attatched some chains. I thought they turned out very professional-looking.
linked braclet
The linked bracelet was made out of wire that I twisted around to distort it to make into cute links. I found that I like the look of an "s" shaped link with a bead.
cut out necklace
I had to cut out a necklace from a little piece of metal. The jeweler's saw was very frustrating and I couldn't really do it too well because I kept breaking the blade. It was difficult to maneuver.
knotted necklace
This is a very simple technique that looks chunky and cute. It's cool to have that skill if I wanted to make something a little more chunky to wear with a more simple shirt.
photo transfer
This transfer works by adding layers of some sort of liquid on top and then pretty much pasting it onto a piece of metal. Then I had to scrape the excess paper off of the picture.
